Juliana & Nicolas, a Brazilian French Romance in NYC
It’s about 8 minutes long but maybe you’re on vacation this week! Hopefully this love story will make you smile.
Guests traveled great lengths to New York to be a part of this wedding, The bride, Juliana, is Brazilian; the groom, Nicolas is from France. The two met in NYC after relocating here for work. They each fell in love with the city and on their early dates they discovered they also loved dancing together. The 1st dance was an impressive celebration of their love cheered on by family and friends at the Tribeca rooftop. . The sunset illuminated the ceremony. The city lights entertained all. The ceremony embraced all three cultures as the groom spoke his vows in the bride’s language (Portuguese) and the bride spoke in the groom’s native language (French). The officiant spoke mostly English but included French and Portuguese. A Brazilian band played sweet sounds on the rooftop at dusk and a Brazilian sweets table hand made by Juliana’s mother and grandmother accompanied the cake.
The dance floor was filled with motion and romance until the early hours of the morning. Enjoy
